Mr. Spiekerman has over 20 years of experience in building forensic/investigative engineering, civil engineering and environmental consulting.
As a consultant and staff engineer, Mr. Spiekerman has provided engineering services to municipalities. He performed design and oversaw multiples
aspects of municipal construction including: roadways, wastewater and water systems, a Subtitle D landfill, groundwater monitoring system, and a methane gas monitoring/remediation system.
Mr. Spiekerman has performed residential and commercial building damage analysis related to property losses; including storm events (wind and hail), foundation movement, structural failures, water intrusion, construction defects, post-fire damage assessments, vibration events, and vehicle impacts to buildings. He has provided environmental consulting services including mold assessments and remediation protocols for schools, commercial facilities and residential structures. He has also performed investigations of lead and asbestos contamination in buildings.
